OUR POLICIES: PRODUCTION PROCESS, SHIPPING & RETURNS
Pls. contact us for your personal fitting appointment in our showroom in 82387 Antdorf. During this event we will reserve time for YOU only and you can bring up to 3 friends/family members who will accompany you. Due to the high demand and in order to guarantee your appointment we require a safety deposit of 50 EUR which needs to be transferred to your account within 5 working days after your fitting appointment has been confirmed by us. Only after receipt of the 50 EUR your appointment becomes effective. The 50 EUR will be transferred back after your appointment, regardless if you find your dream dress at HOFLA or not.
If you can not come for your appointment or if you need to postpone, please give us a prior notice of minimum 10 working days prior to your appointment. The cancellation / postponing will be free of charge in this case. If your prior notice is received after this 10 days prior to your fitting appointment or if you do not show up, the security deposit will be withhold.
All dresses and accessories are handmade and customized. Orders can be placed through our contact form, direct email to firstname.lastname@example.org, Whatsapp: +49 173 263 81 08 or Instagram: direct message to @hoflastudio. For multiple dresses/items ordered, combined shipping can be arranged.
How long will it take until I receive my item?
Gowns: Depending on the dress you choose, it can take anywhere between 3 to 8 months to delivery. Please understand that all our bridal dresses are handmade and production is subject to the availability of customized fabrics which are very exclusive/unique to offer every bride nothing short of the best on her wedding day.
Veils: If you need a perfectly matching veil for your designer HOFLA dress, let us know and we will include it in our quotation. The veil will be delivered together with the dress in one shipment.
When should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order a minimum 10 -12 months prior to your wedding day to be on the safe side. This usually accounts for any production delays and allows enough time for shipping and any last minute alterations that might need to be made with your local seamstress.
I need it right away. Do you accept rush/express orders?
Rush/express orders are considered on request for an additional fee. Please send us an email inquiry and we will do our best to facilitate you.
What if my package gets lost or damaged?
After your perfect HOFLA dress has been shipped out to you from Munich, we recommend using the provided tracking number to keep regular tabs on your order. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We will not refund or replace your item(s) if they are lost, damaged or stolen while in transit. For peace of mind, shipping insurance can be taken out for an additional fee. Prices may vary, depending on the courier.
Do you accept returns?
No we do not. Due to the fact that every dress in our atelier is perfectly customized to the taste and measurements of each client, we cannot accept exchanges or returns under any circumstances.
