1.) What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on the site or send a general message, send an inquiry, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature. When ordering from HOFLA studio or sending an inquiry or message through our website we may ask you for your name and email address at first. Later we will ask you for your mailing address, your measures, phone number, credit card information or other information that may be mandatory to fabricate and send you your perfect HOLFA studio wedding dress & accessories. Please note that we may retain information about individual sales transactions for accounting purposes and record keeping. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. We also collect information on gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.

We also save your messages which might be received through third parties such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Viber or Facebook which are linked to our website. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nevertheless, please note that all personal content will be treated strictly confidentially at HOFLA studio and will only be shared with colleagues who are directly involved in processes applicable to your inquiries and/or orders. This concerns fabrication, tailors, mail service, PayPal, banks, credit card institutions and t shipping agencies. Please be aware that we need to share the invoice (which will be provided to you prior to the start of manufacturing for payment) with our tax consultant and accounting firm for our annual tax declaration. Nevertheless, be assured that all internal parties involved in this process have received proper training on the privacy regulations of HOFLA studio and everybody involved will treat your data confidentially.

 

2.) Do we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?

HOFLA studio third party links are an attempt to provide you with increased value. We may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).

The term “outside parties” does not include our business. We do share data (anonymous IP-addresses) via Google Analytics which we use to track traffic to our website. Please refer to point 5 for more information. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or to protect ourselves or the rights of others involved, and other property or safety regulations. However, non-personal identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

3.) Security/ Site Encryption
