Once your perfect HOFLA wedding dress has been dispatched from our atelier in Munich, Germany to your delivery address, you will be provided with a tracking number. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and that you have provided us with a mobile number where the courier service can reach you.
Please note that once your order has left our premises and is in possession of a third party (i.e. transport operator), we will not refund or replace your item(s) if they are lost, stolen or damaged during transport. As a cautionary measure, shipping insurance can be taken out at the time of your order.
Bear in mind that import taxes may be incurred subject to the customs regulations in your country of residence. These costs are additional and are not included in our sales price.

Orders can be placed via email. Once we’ve received your payment (100%), the HOFLA Studio tailors get working on your order immediately. We’d like to stress the importance of furnishing us with accurate measurements. Take a look at our SIZING GUIDE for helpful pointers on how to take correct measurements.
The next step will be the production of your customized HOFLA Studio couture wedding dress. A handmade and unique masterpiece made to your specifications for your special day.
On completion, your state of the art bridal gown is lovingly packaged and shipped in a luxuriant handmade box sourced from England. Our dress box will safeguard your dress against possible damage from light and dust. Furthermore, it doubles up as the perfect storage solution for your wedding dress in the future.
We make it a point to keep you informed with regular updates during the entire fabrication process.
